How to view battery level in percent in the top bar on Mac OS

The default battery status display in the top bar on the Mac Book is just an icon. It doesn't show much, so it's better to turn on the percentage display.
Go to System Preferences -> Dock & Menu Bar and in the left sidebar scroll down to the Other Modules section where you will find Battery.
Then just check Show Percentage.
